Shipping policy

We strive to get your orders out the door quickly! Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. However, made-to-order items require a little extra time and care. These items may take up to 10 business days to create, assemble, package, and ship.
Please note that for made-to-order products, shipping times may occasionally be delayed if materials are on backorder. We work hard to ship these as soon as possible and will keep you updated if there are any significant delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

International Orders — Canada & Beyond

Upgrade Machine Works ships internationally, including to Canada. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order total and shipping charge do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be assessed by your country's customs authority upon delivery.

For Canadian customers, these charges are collected by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Fees vary based on your province and the declared value of the shipment. Upgrade Machine Works is not able to predict, collect, or reimburse these charges.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed at the border. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
